Horse stocks....

Ok so I have noticed that some people post horse stock images but some dont allow manips or use on SIM games. What is the point of posting your images under the stock images then? I mean I understand not letting people use them for SIM games (I dont why but ok?) and only manips. But nether of them, whats the point of even posting them under that section? It just gets on my nevers when I skim the rules, and then when Im finished my manips after 4 hours I give them the link and then they say "Oh, you cant use my stock" I'm sitting there like "WHAT!?" It just makes me mad and then I have to go back erase the manip from my computer take links off
